Keevaa Exports Exchange and Return Policy/Refund Policy

Yadu Nandan Fashion, operating under the brand name Keevaa Exports, is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our exchange and return policy below.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges.
  • We offer a one-time exchange within 1 day of delivery for most products.
  • If you receive a damaged product, we're happy to facilitate an exchange within 1 day of delivery for most products.
  • Exchanges are available for the same product's different colors, patterns, or sizes.
  • For higher-priced items, customers must pay the difference online (no COD for exchanges).
  • For lower-priced items, the difference will be added to your store credit.
  • To request an exchange, email [email protected] within 1 day of delivery.
  • Include clear photos AND an unboxing video of the received product with your exchange request.

Return and Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds after delivery.
  • Exceptions are made only for damaged or stained products.
  • Report any damage or stains within 24 hours of receipt, with photos and an unboxing video.
  • If approved, we will issue an exchange once we receive the returned product.
  • No refunds will be issued. Only exchange options are available if your issue has been approved.
  • No returns or exchanges on customized products.

If You Don't Like the Product

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase:

  1. Share an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  2. Return shipping costs must be covered by you.
  3. We'll deduct shipping and finishing fees from the total amount, which will be held as store credit.
  4. No refunds will be issued.

Important: Strictly no returns or exchanges accepted for Jewels and Kids Wear products.

Product Information

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.
  • Product details like weight and size may have minor variations.
  • Embellishments (beads, sequins) may occasionally come loose during transit.

Threads and Sequins

  • There is a possibility that threads and sequins may come off despite careful handling.
  • Most issues can be mitigated during the stitching process.
  • Consult your tailor before requesting an exchange; they may be able to fix or hide the issue.
  • If you exchange a product due to this issue, you may receive a similar product with the same potential for loose threads or sequins.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Shipping

  • Free shipping within India.
  • International orders: Extra shipping charges depend on country-to-country
  • We dispatch orders within 24-72 working hours, which includes a final quality check. Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped. Delivery typically takes 3-7 days within India.
  • Custom charges may apply for international orders (customer's responsibility).
