Some Items are Final Sale: We do not accept exchanges for Jewelry, Kids Wear, Footwear, and any customized products.
Q: What should I do if my product is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, stained, or incorrect product, we will facilitate a one-time exchange.
Step 1: Contact Us Immediately. You must email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Step 2: Provide Proof. Your email must include:
Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
Your mandatory, unedited unboxing video.
Step 3: Approval. Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we will arrange for the exchange.
Q: How do I exchange an item for a different size, color, or pattern?
We offer a one-time exchange for the same product in a different variant, subject to availability.
Process: Email your exchange request to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
Price Difference:
If the new item is higher-priced, you must pay the difference online.
If the new item is lower-priced, the difference will be added to your store credit.
Q: What if I am unsatisfied with a product I received?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you are unsatisfied with a product that is free of damage or defects. However, we offer a store credit option.
Step 1: You must share your unboxing video with us within 24 hours.
Step 2: You are responsible for the full cost of return shipping.
Step 3: Upon receiving the product, we will issue a store credit for the product's value, minus the original shipping and finishing fees.
Q: Are any products non-exchangeable?
Yes. The following items are considered final sale and are strictly not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Q: What is your order cancellation policy?
A: Our cancellation policy is time-sensitive. Please review the following conditions carefully.
Cancellations Within 6 Hours:
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the request is made during our office working hours (10 AM - 6 PM IST, Mon-Sat).
For approved cancellations within this window, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus any applicable payment gateway charges.
Cancellations After 6 Hours (Case-by-Case Basis):
Cancellation requests made after the 6-hour window are not guaranteed and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of our management.
If a late cancellation is approved for a genuine reason, the order amount will not be refunded to your bank. Instead, the full amount will be converted into store credit, which can be used for any future purchase with us.
Cancellations After Dispatch:
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Q: What should I know about product appearance and quality?
Color Variation: Colors may appear slightly different in person due to professional lighting during photoshoots and individual screen settings.
Minor Imperfections: Embellishments like beads and sequins can occasionally come loose during transit. Similarly, minor loose threads may be present. Often, these can be easily fixed by a tailor. Please consult with a tailor before requesting an exchange for such minor issues.
Out of Stock: In the rare event that you are approved for an exchange on a product that is now out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
Q: What are your shipping policies?
Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 24-72 working hours, which includes a final quality check.
Tracking: We will share tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping within India:
For Registered Sellers (B2B): Shipping is free on qualifying wholesale orders.
For Retail Customers (Users): Shipping is not free. The final amount payable at checkout will include applicable Shipping Fees, GST, and Payment Gateway Charges.
Delivery Time (All Domestic): Typically takes 3-7 days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
Extra shipping charges apply and vary by country.
The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
