At Keevaa Exporters, we are committed to quality and transparency. As a B2B wholesale platform, our policies are designed to be fair to our business partners while maintaining factory-direct pricing. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth experience.


1. Key Policy Highlights (The "Golden Rules")

  • No Cash/Bank Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method (Bank, UPI, Card). All approved refunds are issued strictly as Store Credit / Wallet Balance.

  • Genuine Defects Only: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products with verifiable manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was delivered.

  • No Returns for "Dislike": Returns based on personal preference, disliking the product, or "change of mind" will not be accepted.

  • Unboxing Video is Mandatory: No claim will be entertained without a clear, 360-degree unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customer Pays Return Shipping: We do not provide reverse pickup. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our Surat warehouse.


2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We honor genuine return requests made within the specified time frame. However, strict criteria apply:

✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Products with genuine, visible manufacturing defects.

  • Receipt of a completely different product than what was ordered.

  • Condition: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original tags intact. Products missing tags will be rejected.

❌ NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Dislike/Taste: Returns due to disliking the fabric, styling, or look.

  • Minor Color Variations: Slight color differences due to screen resolution or photography lighting are not defects. Returns based on color differences will not be entertained.

  • Handwork Characteristics: For Bandhani and Gotapatti products, minor imperfections in stitching or dyeing (e.g., thread holes) are characteristic of handwoven items and are not eligible for returns.

  • Specific Categories: Jewelry, Kids Wear, Footwear, and Customized items are Final Sale.


3. The Mandatory Claim Process

Step 1: Report & Submit Video within 24 Hours

You must email us at keevaaexports@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Strict Time Limit: Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will be automatically rejected.

  • Required Attachment: Your email must include the 360-degree unboxing video.

Step 2: Video Requirements

The video must be:

  • 360-Degree: Show the sealed parcel from all sides before opening.

  • Continuous: Unedited and uncut from the moment of opening until the defect is shown.

  • Clear: The shipping label and the specific defect must be clearly visible.

Step 3: Approval & Return Shipping

  • Wait for Approval: Do not ship the item until our team reviews your video and approves your request via email. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  • Ship to Surat: Once approved, you must courier the parcel to our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat.

  • No Reverse Pickup: We do not offer reverse pickup services. The customer bears all return shipping expenses.

Step 4: Verification & Wallet Credit

Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the item. If the defect is verified:

  • We will issue a Store Credit / Wallet Balance for the product value.

  • This credit has no expiration date and can be used for future wholesale orders.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Strict No Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed and confirmed on our platform, it is considered final. We immediately begin processing orders to ensure the fastest dispatch times for our B2B partners; therefore, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests.

  • Management Discretion: In exceptional circumstances, if a cancellation request is reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of our management, please be aware that no cash refunds will be issued. The full amount will be credited strictly to your Keevaa/YNF Wallet.

  • Out of Stock: In the rare event that a specific product goes out of stock after you have placed an order, the amount paid for the unavailable item will be automatically added to your Wallet/Store Credit. We will not issue a bank refund.


5. Shipping Policy

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24-72 working hours, which includes a final quality check.

  • Tampered Parcels: If the parcel appears tampered with, open, or damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to REFUSE acceptance and immediately inform our support team. Accepting a tampered parcel voids your right to a claim.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • B2B/Resellers: Shipping is included on qualifying wholesale orders.

    • Retail Users: Shipping fees, GST, and Payment Gateway Charges are extra and payable at checkout.

    • International: Extra shipping charges apply. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.


6. Legal & Consumer Protection Disclaimers

  • Consumer Protection: We adhere to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both customers and artisans.

  • Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We honor genuine return requests made within the specified time frame with unboxing video proof. However, any attempt to misuse consumer laws for intimidation or personal gain, raise false claims, or demand unreasonable compensation shall be treated as intentional harassment and may lead to strict legal consequences.

  • Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Surat Courts only.
