Q2: How long until my order is dispatched?
Standard Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched from our Surat facility within 24 to 72 working hours (Monday-Saturday).
Orders with Custom Stitching: For any order that includes our custom stitching service, please allow an additional 3 to 7 working days for dispatch, depending on the size and complexity of the customization.
Q3: What are the shipping costs and delivery times for India?
Shipping costs are calculated for all orders (both B2B sellers and retail users) at checkout. The final amount payable will include all applicable Shipping Fees, GST, and Payment Gateway Charges.
Delivery Times within India:
For Prepaid Orders: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 working days.
For Advance COD Orders: This option has a different fulfillment process and a longer delivery window. Please review the specific terms below.

Q4: What are the shipping costs and delivery times for international orders?
Shipping Cost: The cost for international shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. This will be provided in your final Proforma Invoice after you place your order.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7-20 working days, depending on your location and the local customs clearance process.
Q5: Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes on international orders?
Yes. The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Our shipping charges do not include these fees. Any charges applied by local customs will be communicated to you by the courier, and payment is required to release your parcel for delivery.
Q6: How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, the tracking number and courier details will be updated directly on your order details page within your account on our website/app. You will also receive a dispatch confirmation via email or SMS.
Q7: Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Keevaa Exporters insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. This signature serves as evidence of delivery and fulfillment.
Q8: Are there any shipping restrictions?
Yes. We cannot ship items that are restricted or prohibited by our delivery partners. This includes, but is not limited to:
